Over the past two years, we have had the privilege of designing and building more than six projects for Deloitte in the Middle East, and our journey with them is a testament to what can be achieved through innovation, collaboration, and a relentless commitment to excellence.

Our partnership with Deloitte began in the Middle East, where we were tasked with designing and building several of their office spaces. From the outset, we understood that Deloitte needed more than just a typical design and build service; they required a partner who could work closely with them to create a scalable design playbook that would not only reflect their global brand identity but also cater to the unique needs of each regional office.

To achieve this, our team engaged in deep collaboration with Deloitte, working together to develop a design playbook that could be applied consistently across multiple projects. This playbook became the cornerstone of our approach, ensuring that every office space we designed and built for Deloitte met their high standards while also embracing local cultural and regulatory nuances.

One of the most remarkable projects we completed for Deloitte was a 5,000 sqm design and build project in Cairo. The challenge? To deliver it in just 45 days.

Completing such a large-scale project in a short time frame required meticulous planning, agile project management, and seamless coordination between our design and construction teams. We leveraged our expertise in fast-track construction techniques, utilized cutting-edge technologies, and maintained clear and constant communication with Deloitte to ensure that the project stayed on track.

The result was nothing short of extraordinary. In just 45 days, we transformed a blank space into a fully functional, modern office that met all of Deloitte’s specifications and exceeded their expectations. This project is a testament to what can be achieved when a skilled team is driven by a commitment to excellence and a shared vision with the client.

The success of our projects in the Middle East did not go unnoticed. As Deloitte UK expanded its presence in the region, they turned to us to replicate our successful model for their offices as well. This presented a new challenge: adapting our processes to meet the specific needs of the UK team while maintaining the same level of quality and consistency that had become the hallmark of our work with Deloitte ME.
